Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in Forgiveness Coaching with Andrew ‘Jimmy Sol’ Young, you agree to the following terms and conditions: 1. Coaching Services This is a faith-based coaching program designed to guide you on your journey toward healing and forgiveness. Coaching sessions are not therapy, counseling, or a substitute for professional mental health services. 2. Fees and Payment The onboarding fee is a one-time, non-refundable fee that covers the initial consultation, personalized assessment, and preparation of resources. Coaching session fees must be paid in full prior to the start of the program unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. 3. Refund Policy Onboarding Fee: Non-refundable. Session Cancellation: You may cancel your enrollment up to three (3) business days before your first scheduled session for a full refund (excluding the onboarding fee). If you cancel within three (3) business days of your first scheduled session, 75% of the total program fee (excluding the onboarding fee) will be refunded. No refunds will be issued after the first session. If a client needs to cancel due to scheduling issues after the first session, they may reschedule at the coach’s discretion. 4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Sessions may be rescheduled with at least 24 hours’ notice. Missed sessions without prior notice will not be refunded or rescheduled. 5. Confidentiality All information shared during coaching sessions will be kept confidential unless disclosure is required by law. Group coaching participants agree to maintain the confidentiality of other members. 6. Commitment and Participation Your success in this program depends on your active participation and commitment. Results may vary, and no specific outcomes are guaranteed. 7. Liability The coach is not liable for any decisions or actions taken based on the coaching process. You participate in this program at your own risk. 8. Intellectual Property All materials provided during the program are for your personal use only and may not be shared, copied, or distributed without written permission. 9. Termination The coach reserves the right to terminate the coaching relationship at any time if the participant fails to comply with these terms or behaves inappropriately.
